First and foremost -- from all of us here at the Hive, we’re sorry for your loss. But not to worry, as you’re covered under our Replacement Program. Customers who have made a purchase on Bombas.com can make a replacement claim within one year of the original purchase date, and we will send a replacement pair or gift card worth the price of the original pair plus free shipping (limit one claim per customer).
